Eastern Bridge Education offers various programs funded by the government that help migrants enhance their skills and become a part of New Zealand's community. Our services range from comprehensive ESL (English as a Second Language) training to preparing individuals for employment and finding suitable jobs. Additionally, we collaborate with migrant business owners to assist them in recruiting and upskilling their staff in areas such as English proficiency, health and safety, and other vital business skills. Presently, our main facility is situated in Napier, and we have future plans to expand into different regions.

For businesses facing language barriers among employees, our work-based literacy programs provide tailored solutions. We work with employers to enhance communication within the workplace, offering government-funded options for medium and larger businesses. We can also provide work safety training to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development, our work-readiness programs are designed to guide migrants into successful employment. We offer industry-based training, assistance with CVs and cover letters, interview skill tutoring, and ongoing pastoral care. We're here to support you in securing a meaningful and sustainable career path.
